Having studied her Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring at The University of Warwick, Jessica is a Life Coach who specialises in enhancing her client’s lifestyle and wellbeing.
Constantly evolving, Jessica partakes in continuous training with the British School of Coaching.
Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coaching takes a holistic approach to help you find balance and purpose in all aspects of your life. If you are tired of the continual ups and downs life can bring, you are feeling ‘stuck’, or just unsure of what is the best direction for you next, coaching can help.
Using tools, techniques and strategies to create lasting change and success, life coaching helps you to understand what is really important in your life. Through ongoing support provided through regular sessions, you will learn how to strike a balance and find your purpose.

In general terms the main focus of therapy or counselling is on mental illness and emotional healing. Coaching focuses on mental health and wellbeing; setting and achieving goals and looking into the future, rather than the past.
This can vary for each person. Our time together could range from a few sessions over a few weeks, or a number of sessions over a longer period. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your personal situation.
Any person who is passionate about making positive changes in their life, and needs some help and guidance to do so, is the right type of person to have coaching.
A Life Coach can help you with many things but usually focuses on one specific topic; a
significant life change, for example. Alternatively, a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coach will not only help you through these changes, but takes a holistic view; helping you create balance and harmony in your life, with ultimate focus on your wellbeing.
Sessions will usually take place at the Undo Studio. However, if you are not local to Kenilworth, or would prefer to have sessions over video call for any reason, then this service is also available.
