Jo Parada is an experienced Musculoskeletal Therapist and Skin Health Practitioner with over 10 years in clinical practice. With university level training in anatomy and clinical sciences through her Chiropractic studies, Jo brings a strong professional foundation to every treatment.
She is qualified in deep tissue therapy, injury treatment and rehabilitation, medical acupuncture/dry needling, IASTM, spinal mobilisation, the McKenzie Method, and pre and post natal therapies, allowing her to treat the body with skill, precision and a holistic approach.
Jo has also expanded into advanced skin treatments, offering microneedling, mesotherapy and facial massage, combining wellness with skin confidence.
Known for her warm manner, high standards and results driven care, Jo helps clients feel supported, restored and in safe hands from the moment they walk in.
